    The Industrial Robot AIR10 is characterized by multiple functions, high precision and high performance. With the self-designed main components, the whole performance is largely improved. Depending on the self-designed precise reducer, and a good coordinate with high precision Absolute Encoder, each axis has a very good motion control. With the enhanced algorithm of tolerance and attitude correction, the high precision system positioning is achieved.

•  Profile Feature 
The slim and high performance AIR10 is a 6 axes multifunction industrial robot. 10Kgs payload capacity and 1420mm motion range. Can be installed on the floor, upside-down or inclined at any angle.
•  Self-designed precise reducer
RV precise reducer is the key component of industrial robot to obtain low output speed and high output torque. Depending on the strong technique capability, the AE Robot Design team design precise RV reducers.
•  Precise motion control
Depending on the self-designed precise reducer, and a good coordinate with high precision Absolute Encoder, each axis has a very good motion control. With the enhanced algorithm of tolerance and attitude correction, the high precision system positioning is achieved.
• Intelligent and efficient path planning 
The path planning uses the Type-S and Type-T acceleration algorithm, with a 500-steps look ahead planning, the moving is very smooth and steady.
